Hi, I've seen a lot of topics about the handling of binary files. I still do have the following questions: - Is it possible to open a binary file in normal (ie NOT HEX) mode? - Are all non-printable characters modified in normal mode? Background on these questions: We have some files that happen to contain non-printable characters that we're aware of. Occasionally we need to modify the strings in these files and that would be easier (if the non-printable characters were left as is) in normal mode.
