Dear guru,

my Simplified-Chinese-GB winxp cannot shown proper filename inside the
file tab label even when I tried both English and
Simplified-Chinese-GB languages when running your PSPad 4.5-2183 [e.g.
my file name turns to monster codes as &#338;&#163;ÔL.TXT]. It is ok in
Ultraedit and Notepro [shown out &#23560;&#35370;.txt].

I tried converting the whole file format to ANSI, UTF-8, UTF-16, and
the font to GB2312, Big5, OEM and WESTERN.

The text file content and the filename labels inside the
left-context-menu are both ok, just not the file-tab labels under the
toolbar.
Any suggestions to fix it, then, Pspad is surely better than other
competitors?
