Hello, I have a suggestion which I'd like to make. There are a number of similar suggestions on these forums, and a feature in PSPad which performs a similar task, but I've found nothing that does exactly what I'm suggesting. When working in (X)HTML and XML, I like to indent the code (of course). I also tend to have long paragraphs of text in the page content, which I split onto multiple lines. What I usually do is copy and paste the text (which someone else will have provided) into PSPad. The text will then all be on one line, and so I have to insert line breaks and tabs (unless smart tabs are enabled) into the text so that: a) The text doesn't pass the right-side marker. b) The text on each line starts at the tab level of the first line. Is it possible to create a function that automatically does this for me? If not, would it be possible for me to write a script to do it within PSPad? I've been using this program for a long time now but I've not experimented with its scripting capabilities (if it has any). I would give an example to make it clearer, but I can't seem to get the forum's code formatting to work (for monospace text). -- PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
