Hi, I've tried to remove lines with a series of characters closed with an end-of-line character. I am able to search and replace it by using the regular expressions option, but not with removal of the end-of-line character. I've entered the series of characters with the '$' character in the search box and left the replace box empty. The characters are removed but the lines remain.
