I'm trying to edit an SQL query text file and on many/most lines the cursor location is strangely offset to the left by one or several characters, so that when I type, the text appears one or several characters to the right relative to the cursor--very confusing. I'm using PSPad 4.5.0 (2183), and I made one change to the SQL highlighter: I turned off italicization on comments. (I mention that just in case.... This problem is NOT limited to editing comments, however.) I think this issue has to do with tabs, and in particular, editing ANSI text files that have "real tabs" in them. Each line with a "real tab" in it seems to have a problem, though it's not as simple as the cursor being off by n characters if there are n real tabs. Sounds like a minor bug, but might I be doing something wrong? Thanks. -- PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
