I find myself reformatting text files often, files that contain tabs. It would be nice to be able to (upon a button click or hotkey) simply change the tab width setting for the current session/file, without changing it permanently. I have a default width I like and use, but often need to adjust this on a temporary basis and I find I keep forgetting to put it back after changing it. Or is there a way to do this already?
