Dear k v patil sir I share your experience, I also applied for loan in last february.then I came to no that one installment copy of my three bonds had not been transfered from Koppal. The problem was that I didn't give rs.200/_ to the clerk in Koppal while I got transferd totally we are helpless, I think we are begging them and we can't do any thing if we don't give bribe to any other office we can't get work done. If we talk of bribery and corruption we fight with wind and air Our political system, bureaucracy are like this.
