I have aged in-laws (father-in-law 82 years and mother-in-law 72 years) father-in-law is completely bed ridden and mother-in-law is partially bed ridden. both of them need my assistance. I am the only daughter-in-law. my husband is the only son and he is a system admin in postal department. most of the times he will have field work. so i find it very difficult to go to school before 10-15 AM. is there any legal provision in support of this?, such as time relaxation to go to school by 10-15 AM.
