http://www.knoppix.net/ latest version of CD (available on DVD, also) is 4.0.2 (with 4.1 coming soon) which meets all of the criteria and also contains Enigma pre-installed (last Debian package build - more recent than the binary download available). Download of CD or DVD ISO is free. Open Office 2 is pre-installed, along with other office applications. Will boot on nearly any PC (If using the Smart Boot floppy from Sourceforge, can even boot on old PC's which don't support booting to CD from BIOS). Booting on a PC no matter what OS is already installed, Knoppix is simple to use and can be installed to the computer if desired. The hard part may be that you must download the ISO image and burn to CD - but that's easy if you have high speed connection and have burned CD's from ISO images before.
