I did just test the anonymous access myself with the same error message :-(
The problem is already listed in the Berlios bug list with ID 013949.
This bug report states that you can still anonymously access the
repository via the http protocol:
svn checkout http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/enigma-game/trunk
Indeed, it works without problems.
