Hi everyone, Sorry for being a bit technical but I have to: Just before I changed my OS (now it is Lucid Lynx) I had saved all the file named "trunk". After I had my new OS installed, I used Synaptic to get all the packages that are necessary to use svn. Then I ran svn checkout svn://svn.berlios.de/enigma-game/trunk in a console, as advised. It worked! That's fantastic because the version numbers of some of the packages are less in synaptic than in the website. But svn had only one error message, about the french po file (I had already translated some). After that the compilation gave several errors but essentially about the french files. I can test Enigma but in English, and I tried just to see, to remove the french.po file, then svn checkout svn://svn.berlios.de/enigma-game/trunk again. Since 2 weeks. Without success. Every time I get "svn: Impossible de lire de la connexion: Connexion terminée par expiration du délai d'attente" (impossible to read from connection; aborted because waited too long). Which yields to my questions: 1: Where are we about the translations? Is the process so long that 1.1 will come out (soon apparently) without the locales? 2: Is it sound to use a .po file from the trunk and edit it? Or should I have it sent by someone (like say I am inscribed as a translator)? 3: What happens with the svn depository? Does the problem come from berlios or is there a bad satellite somewhere above the Indian Ocean? Have a nice sunday (a gaming one I wish) Alain _______________________________________________ Enigma-devel mailing list Enigma-devel@nongnu.org http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/enigma-devel
