I just received an encrypted e-mail message that caused enigmail to fail to render the final line. (enigmail 1.5 on icedove/thunderbird 17)
The circumstances that i believe trigger this are: * the message is PGP/MIME encrypted * the cleartext message body of the encrypted part is a single text/plain part (no internal MIME part delimiters), and has no trailing newline at the end. I've crafted such a message and sent it to Patrick Brunschwig directly, mainly because i'm not sure if there is a best-practice technique for sending an (encrypted) example message to the mailing list, since we don't all share a secret key that can be used to decrypt such a message. Does a "public secret key" like that exist? I tried to submit this bug via the sourceforge bug tracker, but clicking "save" on https://sourceforge.net/p/enigmail/bugs/new/ (when i'm already logged in as the user "rekt") just takes me back to https://sourceforge.net/account/login.php, so i'm confused. Anyway, i'm more concerned with the main issue of this report (failing to render the last line of some encrypted messages) than i am with the buggy bugtracker. Patrick, can you verify the error on your setup from the message i sent you earlier? --dkg
