it does say Enigmail, not Engimime, yes? EM 1.5.1 is correct for TB 17. Make
sure you've either installed -both- from the RHEL repos -or- downloaded from
the according project homepages. And they should both be for the same processor
architecture (i386 vs. x86-64).

Strange indeed is that Enigmail found GnuPG reporting its version while stating
it hasn't found it. If I encounter such situations, I create a new OS user and
within do a very basic TB/EM setup. Many times it works there, so there is some
setting/profile glitch - which is difficult to find systematically.
