That is because gpg-agent distinguishes between passphrases for signing and decrypting (you could set different timeouts for example. After that, you may play with INLINE PGP (plaintext only) vs. PGP-MIME (works with HTML also). Check how those messages look like in different mail clients. If you send a message to a mailing list such as this, please always use plaintext. You may use PGP-MIME but some mailing list software will fiddle with your message and invalidate your sig. If you write to any list-of-receipients (such as this mailing list), mind NOT to encrypt the message since only those that you select the key to encrypt to will be able to read your message (including yourself, you're always added).
