This is due to the "dash-escaping" required of cleartext inline PGP
signatures:

  https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4880#section-7.1

You could avoid it by switching to PGP/MIME instead of using inline PGP.
 In thunderbird+enigmail, i think you can choose PGP/MIME by default for
message composition in "Acocunt Settings" » "OpenPGP Security" » "Use
PGP/MIME by default".
