Hi,

currently, not many of the people I exchange emails with use PGP.
For this reason, I have some receiver rules (usually enabling PGP)
and by default encryption disabled.

Now, if I send emails to multiple receivers I always have to
check "ignore receiver rules" or
get the dialog about missing keys for receivers.

I wonder now, how we could make that better (less annoying).

I have thoughts about a couple of improvements,
but I am not sure which one is the best:

- May be we add an option so that the dialog for missing key
has "send message without encryption" ON by default
(while any additional selection of a missing key turns this off).

- May be we should add an option so that I can enable
that recipient rules have less priority when multiple
  users are selected.
Or even more general, provide a general option to chose between:
  - conflicting recipient rules start dialog for missing keys
  - if there are conflicting rules, choose the weakest ones
(ideally with an optical feedback that we have this case here)

- Also the list of suggested keys when keys are missing
  should (optionally)
  - not propose invalid/disabled/revoked keys
  - only list names that "somehow" match
(i.e. a part of the name email address should match).
But details are hard here to decide.

- Provide an ability to ignore recipient rules with one click.

Has anybody else ideas or opinions or comments?
I definitely want to solve this issue sooner than later
to make my life with enigmail easier.
And of course any solution should go in the right direction
for enigmail in general.
So, before I go into the wring direction, I welcome any feedback.

Best
 Nico
