There is an 'Attach My Public Key' option in the OpenPGP menu when
composing a new message.

  Other than that 'My key' is technically any key that you have the
secret key for. Those can be viewed using the 'Manage Keys' in the
OpenPGP menu: they will have 'pub/sec' in the 'type' column. If you
can not see the 'type' column you may need to show it using the button
at the far right of the table header.

  Commonly when you open the 'Manage Keys' screen and do a search for
your e-mail one (or more) key pairs will show bold (you have a secret
key for it).
