There is an 'Attach My Public Key' option in the OpenPGP menu when composing a new message.
Other than that 'My key' is technically any key that you have the secret key for. Those can be viewed using the 'Manage Keys' in the OpenPGP menu: they will have 'pub/sec' in the 'type' column. If you can not see the 'type' column you may need to show it using the button at the far right of the table header.
