This is a standard feature of the mailinglist software (mailman). This type of mails is individually sent to every subscribed user once a month, if he/she has set this option in his/her subscription settings. Anybody else getting knowledge of this passward can not produce much damagage. The password is only needed if you want to change your subsciption settings in the web interface. Even if an attacker would change it, you could regain it easily with clicking on "Remind" on https://lists.enigmail.net/mailman/options/enigmail-users_enigmail.net/ Now that your password is known to several hundred people - you have published it here on the mailing list - I'd recommend to change it ;-) HTH Ludwig -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.22 (Darwin) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iQEcBAEBCgAGBQJTEbKCAAoJEA52XAUJWdLjYU0H/2ugT3SdTkflPVA8j21+/Ws5 sT1nKWLvGgCQGsnom5mE1JmRErDxo4Qi+dTYkohJRp52xkods0U+OaewfYEOToz/ rsh0NEGHNZvV6Fsxfn0uPD6ACUq+U/90lMy3GyFygZTk6JPJtWU2YzXdMjr8oWEN 2QcOgfzUSgnzzlANBXM1SB8ws/qAegE6SXk3xHqeBZIGfY+DJ8UlffsrmNLzDwLN oOE8pP31GwKMOdEWn3FxBMsoWg8LBoSFQQP72CzfYQJQI4XwZBVYonypczxczLHA JFKolz020zWEd19IjcLnayLwwI+rYHwKXtjtfxQBgUn2AE/B1FnxwBUJJtfIu/s= =ewCc -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ enigmail-users mailing list [email protected] https://admin.hostpoint.ch/mailman/listinfo/enigmail-users_enigmail.net
