It's seems that there is some problem with the version config, because
1.7 appears under old version.

That is simply because AMO has not finished the review of Enigmail 1.7.
All new and updated addons need to be reviewed by AMO reviewers before
being public (on top page, automatic update etc.).
Until then, new versions will be available only from Version History
list.
