I'm reflecting on how to describe an RFE about OpenPGP headers.

I have tested one case where gnupg is not going to collect a key (gpg.conf
keyserver setting removed) AND enigmail's keyserver preference is set for
automatic download, the key for decrypting an email is NOT on my keyring AND the
public key is NOT on a keyserver.

When I try to open the mail, there is a delay of several seconds before the
decrypted text is displayed. During that time, I imagine, enigmail was
attempting to download the key with no success.

But no specific error message was displayed at this point.

The yellow enigmail header (unverifed signature) is displayed and the Details
button provides 3 options : import key, security info display and copy.

If I click on the import key, after a few seconds, an enigmail alert is
displayed saying that no key was imported. This is correct.

But I think that error message should have appeared earlier when the automatic
key search was completed.
