There is a project, OpenPGP.js, that aims to provide a full OpenPGP
implementation in JavaScript for server or browser use. (I did a couple
patches for them in SKS last year.)

I believe both the Mailvelope extension and Whiteout Mail are using this
package for OpenPGP functionality.

Check the project's page, http://openpgpjs.org/ , to see what other packages
are using this and to see what else is in the works. There seems to be a good
deal of activity.
