I see "gpg: Oops: keyid_from_fingerprint: no pubkey" twice and an error about key "00000000" being more than once in trustdb along with a hint that MD5 sigs are rejected when opening key manager. After that, key manager is empty, no matter whether "show all keys" is on or off. gpg --clearsign from CMD worked fine, with pinentry. I need to investigate them more deeply but have no time at the moment.
