using enigmail 1.8.2 with Ubuntu 1404 and Thunderbird 31.6.0 A signed incoming email had displayed below the text a colon separated sub-listing ( about 250 lines) of some parts of my public keyring. Some fields are truncated. In fact every line is truncated at max 58 characters. They are of this form :
1:3F0111222EEE4449:K::?:::: 1:3F0111222EEE4449:U:::m:::Xxxx Yyyy <[email protected]>: This unexpected listing is below the text but before the "********** *END ENCRYPTED or SIGNED PART* **********" marker. Beyond selecting the email in the Inbox tab listing, I did not click on any other button, menu item of enigmail or thunderbird. I have seen this effect once before (around a week or 10 days' ago) and it disappeared when I focused on another message. I could not get it back by reopening the 'offending' message. This time, I've saved the enigmail debug and copied the whole of the displayed text - so I do have a record this time. Once the focus goes to another message, this strange listing does not reappear.
