Thanks for your fast reply.

"import-clean" alone is not enough (gives an error message) but I
found the working combinations "import-options import-clean" (if I for
example import a copy of my pubring.gpg) or "keyserver-options
import-clean" (if I update the key from a keyserver).
By these options I can get rid of the unknown signatures. As the
remaining known signatures are still ordered by the time when they
were done, a sorting feature would make a comparison who of the keys
on my keyring (these entries I can e.g. sort by name or short-key-id)
signed a specific other key even easier.
