Enigmail shows the following markers: | ********* *BEGIN ENCRYPTED or SIGNED PART* ********* | (...) | ********** *END ENCRYPTED or SIGNED PART* ********** Anything between is part of the signature. Anything else is not protected by the OpenPGP-signature (including the message headers!). > Why part?
