Is your version of enigmail from debian sid as well? If so, it should
all work together. what pinentry are you using? You can find out with:
readlink -f $(which pinentry)
It's possible, if you're using pinentry-gnome3, that the reason that the
first gpg-agent is not working is that gpg-agent is started before dbus
is started in the X session. However, the latest version of enigmail in
debian (2:1.8.2-4) should address this by passing through the
appropriate dbus environment variables to get pinentry to respond in the
right window.
