If you encrypted it to their OpenPGP key using your key, and if both
of you have Enigmail or a similar PGP capable email program
configured, they should just be able to open it.

If neither of you have a PGP capable program configured and that seems
like too much to require, there may be other light weight options more
suitable for your needs like miniLock.
