hi there--
i have multiple icedove profiles; all of them have enigmail 1.9~beta1-1
installed (the debian package is installed system wide), but only some
of them know about specific OpenPGP keys for their accounts.
In one profile, i have no e-mail accounts configured at all, just an IRC
account and the lightning calendar plugin. It has no e-mail account at
all, so there is no per-account enigmail configuration whatsoever.
In that profile, i just got this weird empty message:

I dismissed the dialog and restarted the profile. The dialog hasn't
made a reappearance yet.
Not sure what to make of this, or what triggered it. Any ideas for ways
i could help debug it further?
