I believe GPG4USB just takes a portable version of GPG, tweaks where
it looks for stuff, and keeps the files on the USB device.

Normally your keyring and other files are in $HOME/.gnupg. According
to their FAQ it's stored in $USBDEVICE/keydb

https://www.gpg4usb.org/faq.html

GPG can be told to look to a different default directory for these
files vial the --homedir option, or GNUPGHOME environment variable or
on Win32 the registry. If you have Thunderbird+Enigmail+GnuPG2
installed on both systems using something like that would let them use
the keyring you shuffle around on the USB device.

You can also copy your key files from the USB device to the expected
location on the systems but then you'd have to work out a method of
keeping them in sync.

For that you'd want to find a portable version of Thunderbird with
Enigmail added in that knows to look to your portable (GPG4USB?) gpg2
command on the same usb device.

I don't have any experience doing any of this, sorry.

Good luck,
