The default in Enigmail 1.9x has been changed to send mails in PGP/MIME
format. You can change that at Account Settings -> OpenPGP Security,
remove the check at "Use PGP/MIME by default". Do that for all accounts
and all identities that have enabled OpenPGP support.

But please be aware that there are other senders out there that send in
PGP/MIME format. You should look out for a new software that can deal
with PGP/MIME.
