I am, and no, I'm not having any problems.  I was this morning after
doing some testing, but that turned out to be because I'd accidentally
told Enigmail to use a revoked certificate.

Uninstall GPG4WIN first, then install the GnuPG 2.1 package.

GnuPG 2.1 uses some different directory paths.  Check your
gpg-agent.conf file to ensure the path to your pinentry program is still
correct.

You'll have better luck asking on their mailing list.  We don't
recommend using the GPG4WIN beta with Enigmail, but we're looking
forward to when it gets officially released.
