As title says, I've recently noticed mentioned problem and I've tried to
get some addition info on mozzila support:

and it seems like the root cause of the issue is caused by Enigmail. How
to debug it, where to check for related logs for the same? I was using
it (thunderbird + enigmail) around a year or so on the new PC and it was
working just fine.
