Sorry to hear that. The observed long or hanging key generation might be caused by a slow machine, a machine running out of entropy (like a virtual machine), or it might be due to a bug. In order to separate the reason, we need more infomation; could you please report the following: - Machine (just whether it's new or older than lets say 5 years), - Virtual or real machine - Operating system - Enigmail version - GnuPG version Thanks!
