Halo

I have a GPG key with a sub and master keys. There are two sets of sub keys one expired and one valid. My master key is 8192 RSA my subkeys are 4096

Since the release of enigmail 1.9 people can not import my key through the enigmail interface, it only works from command line with gpg --import.

If I do enigmail File Import from Key management it gives error and I do not see my key in key management even after refresh

"Error importing public key"

I see the errors in enigmail console

enigmail> /usr/bin/gpg2 --charset utf-8 --display-charset utf-8 --use-agent --batch --no-tty --status-fd 2 --import --trustdb /tmp/enigmail_import/trustdb --no-default-keyring --keyring /tmp/enigmail_import/keyring
  gpg: keyring `/tmp/enigmail_import/keyring' created
  gpg: /tmp/enigmail_import/trustdb: trustdb created
gpg: key XXXXXXXX: public key "diggler" imported
  gpg: Total number processed: 1
  gpg: imported: 1 (RSA: 1)
gpg: no ultimately trusted keys found

My key looks like

gpg --list-keys 0xXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
pub 8192R/0xXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX 2012-03-24 [expires: 2020-03-25]
Key fingerprint = AAAA BBBB CCCC DDDD EEEE FFFF GGGG HHHH IIII JJJJ
uid [ full ] diggler
uid [ full ] diggler <[email protected]>
uid [ full ] diggler <[email protected]>
sub 4096R/0xYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY 2016-03-13 [expires: 2018-03-12]
sub 4096R/0xZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ 2016-03-13 [expires: 2018-03-12]
sub 4096R/0xAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA 2016-03-13 [expires: 2018-03-12]

I have other contacts with keys set up exactly same as me key but with 4096 Master key and they all import OK.

Can any one tell me how I might troubleshoot this further or fix the issue?
