No, this is not possible in a reliable way. Gpg-agent is limited to one
version of pinentry per session. The used pinentry binary is either a
hardcoded version (depending on the build-configuration) or specified in
gpg-agent.conf. For your use-case you would have to kill and restart
gpg-agent with different contents of gpg-agent.conf depending on the
purpose it is being used right now. Who or which process would determine
this? You can see that this imposes practically insolvable obstacles.
