Thanks Patrick. Still the same with the nightlies. I even tried the 2xPre:

I used the existing SeaMonkey Windows profile & removed Enigmail,
restarted, installed Enigmail, restarted, tested. I'll test later today on:

Windows 10:
o clean SeaMonkey profile (2.40 and 2.45)
o Thunderbird (existing profile & clean profile)
(let me know if you'd like me to test on other versions of Windows (8,7,XP)

Linux (Ubuntu 16.10 & 16.04):
o clean SeaMonkey profile (2.40 and 2.45)
o Thunderbird (existing profile & clean profile)

I'll be happy to pastbin log/debug info if you'd like. Thanks again for
the fast response.
