Yes. Enigmail has an Backup and Restore feature. It not only transfers keys, but also all settings. On the old machine, go to Enigmail -> Preferences. Select the "Backup/Restore" Tab on the right. Push "Export Settings and Keys". Select a file. You might be asked to enter the passphrase of your private key(s). Transfer this file to the new computer. There, go to Enigmail -> Preferences. Select the "Backup/Restore" Tab on the right. Push "Restore Settings and Keys". Select the transferred file. You're done. You may have to select your old key pair to be used for your mail account.
