This sounds as if the content-type is wrong. Can you please display the
message source (CTRL-U on Windows) and search for lines beginning with
Content-Type

There should be a line like:

Content-Type: text/html;

If you have multiple lines beginning with "Content-Type", then we would
need to see the MIME structure. The best way to analyze would be to
forward such a message as attachment(!) to me. No worries, I cannot
decrypt it, nor would I publish confidential details.
