The whole point of a strong passphrase is that other people cannot
easily crack it.  This means that you can't either, because if you can
easily recover or crack it, then so can they.  ALWAYS assume that an
attacker has more resources to devote to cracking your security than you do.

If you cannot remember or recover your passphrase, you need to publish
your revocation certificate (you DID create one, right?) and create and
publish a new key.
