arguably, this is a bug in enigmail's attempts to handle inline-signed
messages.  I think that enigmail should treat this as a "failed
signature", which is to say -- enigmail should simply ignore the
situation.  Messages which are not correctly signed have no semantic
difference from messages which are not signed at all.

I recommend that if enigmail can detect this situation it should leave
the message untouched; treat it as an unsigned message; and provide no
error or warning UI.
