Go to the account manager (Linux: menu Edit > Account Settings / Windows
& macOS menu Tools > Account Settings), then switch to the OpenPGP
settings. At the bottom you'll find the button "Advanced ...". The
following dialog contains the option to disable automatic attachment of
your key.
