It requires a newer version of gpg2 than is present in
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.9 (Santiago); it seems that
gnupg2 2.0.15 or higher is required.

gnupg2-2.0.14-8.el6.x86_64

so I had to back this out.
