Hi Patrick,
in the dialogue for change the OpenPGP settings for an mail account.
As you can see on the picture, it is also possible to change settings,
when engimail is not used for the account.

In my environment I have multiple accounts.
Most use s/mime only and one use both s/mime and gpg(For some receivers)
