[Enigmail] Can´t enable encryption as default anymore.

Hello

I can´t enable encryption as default anymore. how can I enable it back? if I choose it by Hand it works for the spified message, for the next one it is of again.
I am using

Thunderbird 52.7.0 (32-Bit)
Enigmail 2.0.1
Kubuntu 16.04 LTS (32Bit)
gpg 1.4.20
gpg2 2.1.11
