i've just submitted the following minor changes to autocrypt.jsm to better handle error cases:

in particular, when asynchronous errors do happen, the function that
hits them typically needs to bail out, rather than pushing through in
spite of the errors, because the subsequent code has side effects that
depend on the first bit.
i want this to be my last run at the test suite on the 2.0 branch, but
there may be more yet to come -- i'll bring general concerns about the
test suite up in a separate thread, though.
