Hi We at pEp are aware that the "pep-json-server" binary sometimes crashes when it dynamically linked to the newest gpgme of GnuPG 2.2.17 - this version is also deployed with the latest Gpg4win update (3.1.10).
We are currently investigating the problem and hope to deliver a solution as soon as possible. Meanwhile you can work around the problem by sticking with a previous version of GnuPG (2.2.16, gpg4win 3.1.9).
