This is a move off of the static shell scripts that eprog previously used to a big,
fat autocrap setup. This makes porting the lib and building on alternate platforms
much easier and puts Eprog inline with the rest of the libs. Tested on Linux/x86 and
Sparc/Solaris with both GCC and Forte.
