Gathered signal stuff in handlers.c.
Implemented _NET_WORKAREA, patch from Roger Luethi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.
Attempted to sort out weirdness with ...e_session-XXXXXX.clients.?.
Not entirely sure about this - please yell if it causes trouble.
