This isn't really a smart object, or a composite object.
It's basically a rectangle with some data attached to it and a few routines
to talk to the ecore_evas it's living in. For now you can move your
windows, and i'd like it to be able to resize in different directions
smoothly. This is pretty much being added so borderless/shaped windows can
allow some themeable part to allow moving the window. This object swallows
fine etc.
