Added indent profile.
There is no point in having arrange.h when everything else is in E.h.
Include esd.h only where needed.
RememberWinList is used only in settings.c.
Remove unused MatchEwinToSnapInfoAfter().
Fix problem with windows going off in all directions after restart.
